Behind the bar: our cellar and where our drinks come from
A quick tour of the bar list — and how our drinks licence lets us supply private events across Manchester.
People ask about the bar as often as the menu, so here's the tour. The cellar leans cold and local: lager on ice, a short wine list that over-delivers for the price, spirits for the classics, and mocktails for the drivers.
Off-sales and events
Our premises licence covers off-sales as well, and the company is registered for the wholesale of wine, beer and spirits (SIC 46342). Practically, that means we can supply the drinks for your private event — christenings, community evenings, weddings — anywhere in Manchester, with proper invoicing and responsible-alcohol checks.
Challenge 25
We operate Challenge 25 across the bar and at every event we run. If you look under 25, bring ID — our staff will ask, every time.
