These terms apply to bookings, dining, takeaway and private hire at York Hospitality, the trading name of YORK HOSPITALITY LTD (registered in England & Wales, company no. 17043795), 250 Plymouth Grove, Longsight, Manchester, M13 0BG.

Bookings

• Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time; after that we may release them during busy periods.
• Parties of 8 or more may be asked for card details to secure the booking.
• Menu prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. A discretionary service charge of 10% may be added to tables of 6 or more.

Takeaway & collection

Collection orders are confirmed by phone and are usually ready within 20 minutes. Prices are as quoted at the time of ordering.

Private hire & events

A £50 deposit secures a private hire date. Final numbers and menu choices are due 14 days before the event; the balance is payable on the night. Deposits are transferable to another date if you give at least 14 days' notice.

Alcohol

We serve alcohol only to customers aged 18 or over and operate Challenge 25. Alcohol sold for consumption off the premises is subject to the same checks. It is an offence to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the value of that booking.
